Levi is growing and changing so much these days. A normal day includes at least 50 requests for food...he is eating well, which must mean he is growing. Seriously. I've never seen a four-year-old put away so much food. Thankfully he is usually happy with healthy snacks, so it's not like I am having to fight the junk food battle all day!
Not only is he easting me out of the kitchen, he is also asking tons of questions. He wants to know all there is to know about Heaven and Hell, and he is so curious about God and also about the "debil" (devil). He told me the other day that there is one BIG God who lives in Heaven, but there are also "lots of little Gods who live in our hearts!" Understanding that God is everywhere all the time is hard for me to grasp, and it is so fun watching my little man try to wrap his mind around it as well. So much to learn...and we are learning together.
Another funny story...the other day we were in a public restroom, and it had a floor drain. Levi was very curious about it, and was seriously studying it. Suddenly, he pops up and says in a very anxious voice, "Mom, look! It's the debil's (devil's) flashlight!" The light was reflecting off of the water down inside the drain, and he was convinced he was witnessing the devil searching 'down there' with his flashlight. I couldn't help but laugh!
I love the funny things Levi says, and also the funny faces he makes. He is quite the comedian, and I am so blessed to witness his funnies every day. Just look at these:

But apparently, he comes by the funny-face thing honestly:

Aunt Kellye is good at making funny faces too! We love you Aunt Kellye! And Happy Birthday!
