Everything Under the Son

I absolutely LOVE reading Rhee over at The Pioneer Woman, and I really enjoying hopping over to her recipe blog to see what she is up to in the kitchen.

Today, I hopped over and found this! It looks delicious! I am wondering when I will be able to give it a try...or at least a variation of it. I am not really all that into purple onions, so I may have to substitute with something else...but the rest of it looks delicious! MMMM!

I already have dinner in the crockpot, or I just might have run to the store before dinner tonight! :)

Oh well, guess I will save this one for a fun lunch with the girls...or something.

I did not expect to get excited about anything at Pioneer Woman -- that woman cooks a heart attack on a plate for her hard-workin' Marlboro man, but my sit-on-your-tuckus family doesn't need it. But THIS??? Oh. My. Stars. That is SO on my menu soon.

Looks great! How did everything go at the doctor?? All clear?? And as for your break.... you blog more on your break than I do regularly! :)
