As our family tradition held true, we started today by celebrating Hope's life...all too short, but oh, so powerful! Natalie decorated her own balloon, and as you can see, did a fabulous job of writing her own name and drawing her face (complete with long eyelashes!) so that Hope would "know it was from me!" She also wanted to lead us in a round of "Happy Birthday", knowing Hope could hear us singing to her.
We will always hold Hope close to our hearts! It was truly a special time for our family...here are a couple of pictures of our time together...

Very very special. Won't it be wonderful to meet our children one day in Heaven? What a sweet mommy you are. Your kids are blessed to have you for their mother.
Anne... I am so glad I have found blog through Erica Beard's. It is amazing how we can all stay connected through this. Natalie has really grown. I keep up with you through Nikki. I am so thankful for the birth of Levi. You are truly a blessing and inspiration for other young mothers who face hardships. Love you lots, Shelley Everett Hale

What a wonderful and healthy tradition to have to remember, love, and anxiously look forward to a reunion for Hope.
